1. Dash: Essential for speed blasting with ease. For pushing, however, I recommend Smoke Grenade for increased damage and a lovely crit chance.

2. Smoke Grenade: Increases damage, keeping us unstoppable and adding crit chance.

3. Shadow Step: A must-have for its mobility and the bonus it provides.

4. Cold Imbuement: Beneficial for non-physical multipliers in the skill tree and Paragons, making enemies vulnerable and staggering them.

5. Blade Shift: Swapping Puncture for Blade Shift is massive. It grants us 15% resistances and allows us to drop it from gear while utilizing the Tricks of the Trade legendary node for a whopping 25% big damage.

6. Penetrating Shot: Our main damage dealer with a high lucky hit chance. Victimize requires a lot of lucky hits, and this skill provides just that.

7. Caltrops: A must-have skill that stacks up a lot of damage. Though it feels awful to play, it is incredibly effective.

Gear and Aspects

1. Helm (Godslayer Crown): Massive for damage and allows stacking enemies for huge Victimize explosions.

2. Chest (Titty Protection): Dark Shroud ranks via Umbrous Aspect are crucial for survival.

3. Gloves: Imprint Frostbitten Aspect for big damage. Spread out utility crowd control tempers on your gear for a lot of staggers.

4. Pants: Imprint Assimilation Aspect and grab Aspect of Might for more damage reduction.

5. Boots: Fast as heck! Grab Concussive Strike Aspect for a big damage bonus.

6. Weapons: Masterwork for chance to cast twice on Penetrating Shots. Imprint Retribution Aspect and Volatile Shadows for more explosions.

7. Amulet: Exploit is crucial, followed by Malice and Frigid Finesse. Imprint Edging Master Aspect.

8. Rings: Starless Skies for big damage and a ring with a chance to make enemies vulnerable.

Paragons

1. Canny: Additional cold damage.

2. Tricks of the Trade: Utilized with Blade Shift.

3. Exploit Weakness: Socket Fluidity for longer fights.

4. Deadly Ambush: Poison resistance and Ranger for defense.

5. Exploit: Instantly make enemies vulnerable.

6. Eldritch Bounty: Benefits cold imbuement.

7. Cheap Shot: Socket Control for double dipping.

How to Play

1. Combo Points: Stab enemies three times, then explode them with Penetrating Shot.

2. Dash: Use for mobility and to gain 15% damage when dashing through enemies.

3. Shadow Step: Save for when you're crowd-controlled.

4. Cold Imbuement and Caltrops: Use frequently. Keep maximum Caltrops bonus by dropping a new one on top of the old.

5. Explosions: Focus on making enemies explode as often as possible.

Season 5 Changes

In Season 5, the dual mechanics of victimization will be reduced. If it is completely broken, we can still use the precision critical passive, because the penetrating shot itself is getting a lot of buffs. This version will either remain the best in the game or become an A-tier or low S-tier version. In any case, the penetrating shot will remain stable.
