Path Of Exile: I have an idea of a stupid build
Does this sound like a sensible constructive idea? Cwdt flashing stroke. So I have an idea of a stupid build because my last two stupid builds seem to work pretty well.
Basically, the idea is that a flash attack with gluttony, no guardian and superhuman vision of vitality gives me a stupid amount of healing after each hit. And then use all those hits to do a cwdt setup with a forbidden ritual like building a guard loop, and then let my 2 6 links cast spells cwdt. I'll put my strobe setup on the gauntlet and mostly focus on getting enough attack speed to hit the breakpoints I need cwdt.
Currently my idea is to run it as a raider, but my main concern is trying to do enough magic damage to make it worth it. My goal is to have as many eye cancers as possible because that's what I love most about a project.
What do you think? I'll put as many gods into the build as needed, probably a lot before I can do much. I'm looking to make gloves for strobe lights, using ancient influences and the creation of fossil suffixes. The goal is to get 16% more, based on attack speed and sockets with +70% general. If I drove the old double car on CRIT gasoline, I would take it too. With slides, glyphs and skills, it takes about 20-30 hits to hit.
Next option is to raise the hunter in the hope of hitting +1 targets, but it's very unlikely to hit, so if your stupid rich double prefix is removed until it hits destination. This may not be necessary for the cwdt dict loop construct. That being said, more targets = more personal damage to the threshold.
It might be better to take the +2 glove and work from there. +2 from gauntlet, +2 from ancestor's call, +1 from tree, dealing 600 base damage per hit in packs. However, one target can be affected by this, so it's better to focus on attack speed for stops. For reference on a raider with 8 frenzy hitting more than 10 times per second is easy. With the gloves on, you can easily hit 14+.
For most cancers, I would use Frost Nova and Shock Nova. Maximum AOE of course. Maybe the storm is calling lulz. Raider will be the easiest way to maintain the frenzied charges. Even so, with a long distance and focus on spells, it opens up more options. Farruls and 7+ frenzy' covers almost everything you need. Self-sustaining premium 50% strobe with multiple keystrokes. For this build style, upgrading 4 with ash can give 74%, giving 52% flicker quality for ease of maintenance. Still a similar rng to start with, but unlikely.
